Shipping Policy

The orders are shipped our warehouses depending on the region. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for all shipping costs and any import-related fees.

1. International Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. Below are the estimated starting rates for a standard apparel shipment (approx. 500g–1kg).

Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

2. Taxes, Duties, and Exclusions

All prices listed on our website exclude VAT, GST, and other local taxes.

We ship all international orders DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means:

  • The shipping fee paid at checkout covers postage only.

  • It does not include import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or brokerage fees.

  • These charges are determined by your local customs office and must be paid by you (the customer) to the carrier before your package can be delivered.

3. Refused Shipments

If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees or taxes, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Japan. these amounts will be deducted from your product refund.

4. Order Processing

  • Handling Time: 2–4 business days.

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the status.

Next Steps for your Shopify Setup

  1. Price Display: In Shopify, go to Settings > Taxes and Duties. Ensure the box "All prices include tax" is unchecked.

  2. Product Weights: Ensure your apparel items have accurate weights entered (e.g., T-shirt: 0.2kg, Hoodie: 0.7kg) so the checkout rates stay accurate to the table above.

  3. Shipping Profiles: Under Settings > Shipping and Delivery, create your zones (Asia, Americas, Europe) and link them to your preferred Japanese carrier (Japan Post/EMS or DHL).
